The President of the Land “Upper Austria” met the CSSC

Austrian delegation also headed by the Consul General of Austria in Milan

The President of the Land ” Upper Austria”, Thomas Stelzer, and the Austrian Consul General in Milan, Clemens Mantl, led an Austrian delegation that visited the CSSC to discuss about the research being conducted by the Centre on security in the digital society.

The delegation from the University of Trento included: Paolo Carta (Director of the “Faculty of Law”, who also represented the Rector), Andrea Di Nicola (Director of the CSSC), Elena Rusconi (Scientific Coordinator of the Trento branch of the CSSC), Gabriele Baratto (Assistant Professor at the “Faculty of Law” and member of the CSSC), Jens Woelk (Professor at the “Faculty of Law” and at the School of International Studies, holder of the Euregio Chair and Rector’s Representative for initiatives on linguistic minorities), Daniele Bortoluzzi and Andrea Dorigato (Professors at the Department of Industrial Engineering).

The Austrian delegation consisted of President Stelzer and Consul Mantl, Markus Spannring (Office of the President, contact person for external relations), Michaela Oskar (Head of external relations of the Land “Upper Austria”), Thomas Brendstetter (Office of the President, press spokesman ).

The meeting at the CSSC was preceded by another meeting (at the Rector’s Office of the University of Trento) where, after the institutional welcomes, the representatives of the Department of Industrial Engineering explained the research activities in the field of mechatronics.
