The idea of launching a "Observatory on Cybercrime " was born within the framework of the basic research project of the University of Verona "TerrorCyberCrime", in response to the need to have a focal point for all actors of law and institutional, economic and social realities, collecting sources and bibliographical references on the subject of cybercrime and promoting scientific initiatives that contribute to the dissemination of the culture of legality in the technological context.
