The contrast and prevention of money laundering in the era of PNRR. Between preventive and repressive approach

On Wednesday, February 8, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law of the University of Verona (Via C. Montanari, 9), was held an event (in Italian) entitled: “Il contrasto e la prevenzione al riciclaggio ai tempi del PNRR. Fra approccio preventivo e repressivo“. (EN: “The contrast and prevention of money laundering in the era of PNRR. Between preventive and repressive approach”).

The training event was aimed at administrators and employees of the Municipality of Verona, companies owned by the Municipality of Verona, municipalities of the Province of Verona and municipal secretaries.

After institutional welcome speeches by Stefano Troiano (Director of the Law Faculty of Law of the University of Verona), Stefania Zivelonghi (Councillor for Security, Legality and Transparency of the Municipality of Verona), Donato Giovanni Cafanga (Prefect of Verona) Vittorio Francavilla (Provincial Commander of the Guardia di Finanza of Verona), and Pierpaolo Romani (National Coordinator of Avviso Pubblico) intervened:
