On Monday, 12 May, the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Verona hosted the official presentation of the new inter-department Master’s Degree in Legal and Criminological Sciences for Security and Intelligence (degree class LM/SC-GI R).
The programme is the result of a joint initiative between the Department of Law at the University of Verona, the Faculty of Law at the University of Trento, and the CSSC (coordinator: Prof. Roberto Flor).
The course offers an interdisciplinary education designed to prepare professionals capable of working in the fields of security and intelligence, including their digital and transnational dimensions. Indeed, the curriculum combines legal, criminological, IT, statistical, psychological, and historical knowledge and skills.
Developed with the support of leading national stakeholders, the course aims to train a new generation of legal-criminological experts able to meet the real needs of the labour market in the security and intelligence sectors, both in the public and private spheres, in Italy and abroad.
